Column formwork system is modular in nature. it can be erected and dismantled fast and easy. Column of particular size can be formed by simply assembling 4 pieces of panels by clamps, additionally wallers can be added for higher sturdyness to this, tie rod and anchor nut will be used to strengthen column shuttering and it helps in side supports to hold the column.

Column panels are manufactured from light weight MS Frame which is designed in such a way that at the top surface of the frame shuttering plywood can be placed with screws or rivets. There is option available in MS Formwork for galvanized, powder coated or oil painted as per the requirement.

In Shuttering plywood is always preferred in comparison to MS Plate due to a superior finish MS Angle Plate is preferred due to its long life durability. Plyform is a very versatile system can be used for Column, Retaining Walls, Lift duct etc. Plyform is much more economical in comparison to conventional MS wall form also Aluminum Form work.

Details:

Plyform Frame is made from special steel section which is light in weight is made to order. 12 mm good Quality Plywood is riveted using Aluminum Rivet. Fixing of Plywood to the panel is optional can also be fixed on site by the contractor.
